    Enter The Shav

College must've not been for him.

He contributes once again....12 rebounds tonight. 12!!!!

Shavlik is now one of the top reserves on the Sixers.

      Re: Enter The Shav

Anyone could just get 12 defensive boards as a lot of teams don't crash the offensive glass anymore. But I was shocked when I went on the game log to see that he had 7 offensive rebounds. That's quite impressive.

Some big men need to realize that there's nothing wrong with being a lunch pale, do the dirty work kind of player. They don't have to score 20 and 10. Just look at Jeff Foster. He's a valuable guy to the Pacers. Looks like Shav may have that mentality and it will make him stay in the league.

Well guess he won't have to head back to the Drive-Thru at Mickey D's after all. Still could have did what he's doing now in college. Guess he finally found a heart.

It's cause Shav is happier than **** to be in the League right now. He'll gladly be "just a rebounder" as long as he can take up a roster spot. It's guys w. the big egos that have trouble adjusting to the lunch-pale role.

Loved when the other night, when he had 7 points in 8 minutes, Shav had two dunks. I was like whaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttt?!?!

And whenever he comes off the court, the people give him a big cheer.......and it's not because he sucks. Can you believe it?!?!

If the Sixers can turn Shav into a decent player........just imagine what they could do to Shelden Williams or JJ Redick!!!

He was clearly more agressive than the rest of the team.
