    Miami Game....

    I'm watching the Miami vs Magic game right now, and I never seen an anoucer try and sound so much like Ian Eagle so much, the guy is bothering me so much. It just sounds like he's trying so hard.

      then you haven't seen laker games cause that annoucer is horrible he's the worst i've ever heard, for me he's the most biased annoucer i've ever heard

          The BIRD!!! My favorite announcer, and it's a shame that he doesn't do all the Nets games.

              agree, I love Ian Eagle, it's just this Miami guy is trying so hard to sound like Ian, well that what it sounds like.

                  You guys must be talking about Eric Reid, he has been doing the Heat games since the Heats inception in the league. I don't know how long Ian Eagle has been calling net games but Eric Reid has been around the Heat for many years now so I doubt he is trying to sound like someone else. Hometown announcers are supposed to be biased. Have you ever watched a Celtics game, lol. Tommy Heinsohn is the biggest homer ever, its actually funny though.

                      I love Eric Reed, the only guy to keep track of how many dunks Shaq and DWade have during the game.

                      Heinsohn is soooo funny to listen to, he doesnt give props to any other team but he rips Celtics players when they are playing like crap...I know Tommy misses Walter McCarthy.

                          Your right Gil, he would yell "I LOVE WALTER!" I also find it very funny when he gives out Tommy points for hustle plays, that is great. He'll also get all over the refs if they miss a call that goes against the Celtics. His commentary makes the Celtic games entertaining imo.
