The only reason I didn't list Elton Brand is that this was more about the "casual" person coming in here. Unless you live in LA most people that casually watch basketball don't even know a single player on the Clippers.

Sorry I didn't put him on.

That would not be the most impressive thing because Earl Boykins is a "NBA Midget" and he usually does that 2 or 3 times a week. So u cant use that
And even if a midget did score 10 like you said that midget is still not scoring 26 points plus for 82 games

ok.....point being, his size makes what he's doing more impressive, but it doesn't make him any better of a player.

His size does make a difference because it's HARDER for him to do what he does night in and night out. The man has put up some of the best numbers ever as far as someone his size in an era when players are bigger, faster and stronger than ever...and your going to say it does not matter, it does. Look at Lebron hes a dam football player, he makes some football players jealous actually. You dont think his size and strength does not give him an advantage? What about an advantage over people his age, nobody else is like him.

....Kobe is the best player in the game today....he brings it on both ends....he gets alot of negativity for takin so many shots...but that was earlier when he was taking those shots and they were forced...now they are comming much more easier as you can tell by the rise in his FG% and 3PT%...

Agreed. Just taking a look at their starting 5, I would consider Cassell and Magette somewhat popular players, and lots of people probably remember Mobley. Kaman is a bit of an unknown, but he's certainly developing.

u gotta give credit for his teamates finally playing descent now. u gotta say, phil Jackson is bring up this team considering they have no talent at all with the exception of kobe. i mean look at the warriors. they have more talent than the lakers in my opinion and are pure rubbish this season....erm..montgomery sucks...erm....

kobe . lamar has finally been getting aggressive but kobe has been carrying this team all year . if he manages to keep up his play , leads this squad to a decent playoff spot and doesnt get mvp i will be angry but then again im a homer. kobe is the best player in the L this year .

                              wow.

let me say this again. his size is irrelevant. if 2 players produce at the same level, but one is bigger than the other, it doesn't make the smaller player "better".

if AI is better than Lebron it is because he does more on the court, the fact that he's only 6 feet tall is irrelevant. so Lebron has a size advantage, who cares? if he's better, he's better, it doesn't matter why.

shaq has been better than any other center out there for years. is that partly due to his size? yes. does that make him any less of a player? no.

true, because this rule only applies to Slam Dunk contest..see: this year
