Well, he is definitely on the all underrated team (joining fellow teammate Hinrich, Josh Howard, Kristic, and Kaman).

I think he can be really good if he continues to work on his game. He poses matchup problems because he can shoot, put in on the floor, and finish with both hands. Combine this with the fact he plays hard and he is fearless, and you have the makings of a stud.

His biggest flaw is he needs to become a better passer. I think that is a flaw that many would take.

I dont think he's a guy that is gonna get much better than he is now, but I think he's one of those guys that raises his game in the playoff for whatever reason; another guy is Anthony Johnson.

Looking at last year, he went from avaerging 8-4 in the regular season to 12-8 in the postseason as a NBA rookie. Not sure he'll be more than a 15-6 guy, which is great, but he's definately a guy every team woudl want.

Id love to have him backing up the SF and PF positions in Dallas. Wont happen after his PO performance though.
