Lebron has been conspicously quiet concerning his contract extension with the Cavs. All of his contemporaries have resigned for long term deals, Wade with Miami, Carmelo with the Nuggets and Bosh with Toronto. I thought Lebron would have been the first one to resign, does this mean he will end up in NY, NJ or elsewhere? You guys out in cleveland, what's the story?

Actually, none of his peers have signed their extensions. They can't until the 12th. Bosh, Carmelo, Wade have just made it known that they will sign it, while James has remained quiet.Comment

I dont see why he wouldnt sign it. CLE has shown him they are willing to spend money to bring in talent and CLE is his hometown. I just dont see the benefit in leaving, when the money is there.Comment

Plenty? Are team is slighty old...minus Lebron and Hughes...there are many old players on the Cavs who are past thier prime...Donyell...Snow...Damon Jones...Z(boy I hated re-signin him) We have a young CORE...in Lebron, Hughes, Varejao and Drew...but Drew might be gone...and Lebron is either busy...or playing mind games....Not to mention Andrea Barngani or however u spell it is being represented by Lebron agent...and he hasnt signed his contract...Comment
