    US v. Australia

Australia didnt pose much of a challenge for the US past the 1st quarter. I believe the US outscored them 36 -6 in the 2nd or something close to that. Carmelo had 20, Joe Johnson had 18 and Wade 15. Lebron had about the same as wade and made some really good plays thoughout the game and just played solid. Bosh got good minutes this game and the commentators were seemingly trying to make a big deal out of Bosh being unhappy that he hasnt played much, as they mentioned it anytime he touched the ball...

Australia provided bulletin board material when they said they didn't fear Team USA. I wonder if they're scared now.

Bosh shouldn't get any playing time, he sucked in the exhibition series.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Joe Johnson might just be the smoothest player in the league.

Bosh played awesome yesterday. He's one of those players with the hybrid game that's perfect for International Game. Seems like that game against Senegal was all he needed, and he played well again last night.

He tries wayyyyyyyyyyyy to hard. One moment that was just indicative of the way these games have been called was coming from a break in the game during the 2nd half. The US is up by like 32 at this point, and the pbp guy says "If you're just joining us, the US was down by 1 at one point in the 1st quarter".. lol its ridiculous.....

Too bad he's looked very solid the past two games.

He's played well against the garbage teams.

versus the other games where he didn't get to play? faulty logic...

I'm basing it on the games where he did get to play during the exhibition games which were the only times other than the senegal and australia games where he played extensively.

They looked good yesterday. Look forward to seeing how many Dirk gets against them on Wed. Too bad, he has no one else on the team!
