Dawg, don't even start thinking that Kobe should get calls. Freak Kobe, freak Wade, freak all those other players that get calls handed to them. Watch a Bulls game where we have to work for everything we make then you'll see the difference. I know you watched the Bulls vs. Lakers this season. Kobe cursed at the refs on several occassions. I'm surprised that the Bulls got hot enough to be all 7 of the Lakers. Kobe ain't no freaking enduring player. When the league stops being so jacked up and starts manning up with the proper calling, then the complaints are valid. I've seen Kobe play and he's as good an actor as the best of them.......

I agree a lot. I've seen laker games quite often, way too often, mainly because I live in southern cal and yes kobe gets his calls just like other superstars.

I try to see past the refs though, even though it's tough because sometimes it's so obvious.

So you got a game where Kobe got some bad calls against him. So what? Kobes had more than his share of games where he's gotten the calls. Thats just the superstar treatment certain NBA players get from the refs.

..oh you know..just showing some evidence that Kobe doesn't get the ***** calls that Wade gets..and uhh..please back up the part where you said he's had his share of games where he's gotten the call. I've watched many Laker games and all of the calls he gets are OBVIOUS fouls, so you can't really say he gets the "superstar treatment."

I don't have a horse in this race, but look up the Lakers in Utah last year - series of questionable calls, including a late game three attempt where after the shot Kobe threw an arm out to make contact and then fell over to get the call. The best part was it was after he shot - he knew he missed so flailed like a scarecrow hoping to have his wet noodle arms hit the defender. Priceless.

He did get jobbed in that Cleveland game tho.

Yes Wade gets more calls especially this year and I'm not impressed with officiating overall in the NBA and haven't been for years. Kobe was definitely singled out in the games you posted. But Kobe as far as I've seen does get calls his way more often than not. I'm a T-Wolves fan and can tell you KG gets the benifit of the doubt from refs too. I'm not a Laker fan and can only really go by the few Lakers games I see a year. But just like most superstars Kobe gets more calls his way than your average joe player. Its just the state of the NBA right now.
