good call... they exploit Dirk's softness.

I really think the trade for Stevie Jax was a good one too... other teams have to figure out what the Warriors are doing right against the Mavericks and dethrone them (from best record... since they haven't won anything meaningful ).

Oh I know. I dont want to see them in the first round. I think other than the Suns and the Spurs, I would rather play another other team in the western conference than the Warriors. With their one on one play, shooting at every position and hurky jerky style, they dont have a good matchup for us. Plus, they are more talented than people realize. Michael Pietrus and Monta Ellis both would start on a lot of teams.

Agreed other thing is Nelson knows everyone on Dallas and knows how to exploit Dirk's weaknesses.

Its really funny because GS plays so much faster and out of control compared to PHX its not even funny. PHX obviosuly more talented and controlled, but GS had the ball at the 3-point line in under 3 seconds every time. I dont think that can work every game, but it definately killed us Monday. And yeah, Nelson knowing Dallas helps big.

Which is why I wouldn't want the Warriors to play the Suns in the playoffs. They both are uptempo and run and gun but Suns have much better shooters and better basketball IQ. The thing with the Warriors against Dallas is they make Dampier a non-factor, because they can and will go small with Harrington at center. Anyways I would love to see Warriors-Dallas in the playoffs it would be fun.

You havent seen small. This was their lineup:

              G- Baron Davis (6'3")
              G- Monta Ellis (6'2"
              F- Jason Richardson (6'7")
              F- Michael Pietrus (6'7")
              C- Matt Barnes (6'7")

The only bigmen they play are Al Harrington and Andris Biedrins, or at least against Dallas. I really dont want to play them, but it looks like they have an excellent chance to get us. Ahhh

LOL, I remember back in the day when Nellie's Warriors team (with Run-TMC) used smallball to beat the Spurs in the playoffs. I think it was back in 1991.
