Kobe will never get the mvp as long as Shaq is on his team.

If the Magic get into one of the top 4 eastern slots T-Mac might be a candidate.

Ben Wallace is always a candidate with the way he has the Pistons playing.

Mutumbo almost got it a few years back. To add on to that he is doing this to dedicate it to his mother since she missed his first All-Star game.

in a league based on numbers 11 pts 4 assists 4 rebounds won't get you to an allstar game. Double the numbers and hes a starter though.

Anyway... Pippen is one the best defenders in the league and forces a ton of TOs each game. He's also the drive behind the Blazer's recent rampage. Only half of what he does actually shows up on the stat sheet.

If all you look at is numbers than your not gonna get too far in enjoyment of an NBA game.

Zydrunas Illguaskus has 17,7 what does that mean didly squat, he's not a real star and he's far from fun to watch, he also loses.

Pippen is on one of the best team's in the L and he is like 37, he is the leader and holds them together, he also is one of the most complete players in the game, plays crazy D, and does so much more that can't even be accounted for.

Ask people who are guarded by him, they'll tell you how good he is....
