If he doesn't recognize publicly he got bs, or after his career he doesn't, that's always going to tarnish his record. Like I said, there will be that "Yeah, but he got a bunch of bs called for him, so he wasn't really that good."

I was exaggerating it, but at least possibly after his career in an interview admit he got a lot of bs.

Seriously guys, calm down, you act like I just shot someone, obviously I know he's not going to do any of that, telling the refs to stop, but I would think much more highly of him if he at least admitted it in an interview near the end or after his career.
I really don't feel it tarnishes their career . MJ was under the same scrutiny, but his legend will never fade away. Most of his career there was only 2 refs to a game. I've never read anything on Jordan saying he received bs calls. Why come out and tarnish the game that you loved playing?

Also, it's not only SS that receive BS calls. Some scrub, like Lynn Greer, could receive a phantom call. Do you think he's going to think near his retirement that I received some phantom calls.

I think your wishing for a lot.

Please Kash, don't even argue with me on that video. You and me both know its total bull. Maybe 3 feet, 5 feet whatever, no player on the Blazers in that video touched Wade.

There are plenty of players that regularly attack the basket and don't get as many fouls. Kobe Bryant for one, Tracy McGrady is another. Both attack the basket close to as many times as Wade does per game, yet have much less free throws per game.

Yes Roadman I really am. People talk about how great of a person Wade is and how he's the golden boy of the NBA, would just like to see one of the best players come out and attack today's 5000 year old refs and expose the BS. Everyone on this planet who is a basketball fan truly knows he gets way too many calls. I DON'T REALLY CARE HOW MUCH HE DRIVES TO THE BASKET AND SUCH. I DON'T CARE IF JORDAN ALSO GOT BS CALLS. Jordan got the benefit of the doubt many times because of how great a player he was. I don't really see how you can compare the situations. Jordan was arguably the greatest player of all time, Wade is no way even close to that. No player in the league today will ever match Jordan. For one, Jordan played in a much tougher NBA, look at the Pistons he had to play over and over again in the playoffs. They were a dirty hard nosed rough team, you don't see that in today's NBA. Wade is a great player, but comparing his situation to Wade's is silly IMO.

It doesn't matter if you don't care how much Wade drives to the hoop. It's a proven fact that people who are aggressive to the hoop will receive calls vs jumpshooters. I doubt you've been watching many Bucks games, but this is the reason why Redd has started to go to the hoop more. His foul attempts have been going up the last few years. The Pistons haven't changed much as far as D goes, they just aren't as rough, but they still shut you down.

I never said Wade was even close to Jordan's league, however, Wade came out of nowhere and surprised everyone. I personally witnessed Jordan's career, as he was only 90 miles away. Every chance I had, I would watch him against the Bucks. In my opinion, I said it 20 years ago, Jordan had a lot of touch fouls and that was the talk of the town. Nothing has changed in 20 years, SS still get the fouls.

Re: The Dwayne Wade BS is back!

why would someone take away an advantage to appease bitter fans. You guys can't seriously thinking that a player any player would ever ask a ref to stop making calls.

Also for the assumption that Wade will be looked at as a lesser player because he goes to the line alot... Name a NBA HOF that didnt get calls in thier favor. You guys have to give it a rest.

Lastly to all the Mavs fans who hate Wade cause of the calls he recieved LAST year in the finals.. You should direct your energy towards hoping that Dirk and company dont get sidetracked like they did last year. When your superstar player chocked and even admited he settled for jumpers because he thought her wasnt gonna get the calls.

Congrats to the MAVs on thier season so far but the playoffs well have the games get called even tighter and they better focus on the opponent and not the Zebras or the great regular season will mean nothing

Wade did make some shots obviously, but he was getting bailed out and shooting FTs most of the time. The refs were the main factor for the Heat. The refs should have been MVP of the series without a doubt

anyway, im out of this thread. I didnt even want to comment on the finals until i saw your ignorant *** post replying to me when i wasnt even talking to you. I should put you on ignore.

haha those were credited as blocks? big freakin deal. why dont you show the video evidence that you claim to have so people can see what kind of plays those were? why email them to me? just post them here

people would have 100 blocks on D-Whistle if he wasnt bailed out by a call every single time. If it's not a foul, it's a block.

btw, Dirk had 29 points and 15 rebounds in that game you listed. not exactly a "no show" by Dirk like you always claim.

anyway, this thread isnt supposed to be about last year's finals, and it wasnt until YOU had to make comments about it. im out.

IMO Kobe is the best perimeter player out there.
i agree. 3's are not a big part of Wade's game so there is no way he can be listed as one of the best perimeter players.

I had to comment on this real quick. I'd love to blame the refs for McGrady not getting alot of freethrows, but the fact of the matter is T-Mac settles for jumpers WAY too much.

I'm probably the biggest Mac fan on this board, but I can admit that the guy has flaws. Personally, I wish he would stop playing scared. Except in rare occurences, McGrady settles for J's, avoids contact, or kicks the ball out when he drives.

As for the other 2's in the league not getting the amount of freethrows that Wade does, Kobe averages 10 a game (and is much less of a slasher and more of a jumpshooter than Wade), Iverson averages 11.6 and Wade averages 11. None of these #'s are grossly inflated for anyone.

I still maintain that Wade gets an insane # of calls because he is aggressive. Not saying that every call he gets is right, but the refs will give the nod to aggressive players.
