Bradley seems to pull his hands away from the ball in the last second. At least he is not like the current Centers of the NBA today who will run away at the sight of any trailing player towards the rim. But anyway, I'll pick Bradley over Kwame Brown though. At least Bradley get's on the face and a lot cheaper than Brown. During the rise of DAL, Nelson never allowed Bradley to play against Shaq in the playoffs because he might snap which is a good thing because Shaq was at his prime back then.

exactly. he didnt care about his reputation so to speak or what the guys in the lockerroom thought. he played his hardest and didnt let anyone get an easy bucket. where a guy might not get back on D on the fastbreak, he was there contesting stuff.

i mean its great to laugh at occasionally but the NBA needs more guys like him or duncan.

Not only is he top 10 in blocks, but he also leads three different franchises in blocks. You'll never see a shawn bradley block mix though.

          all shot blockers get posterized.

Bradley was a good shot blocker mainly because of his height (better than Yao for example) but because of his height, Bradley's posterizations looked extra cool. It was like the mount everest of posterizing.

          btw, is "posterization" a word?

            Is he still playing?

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Bradley might suck but averaged 2.5 blocks for his career. The problem was everything else , but if you think he couldnt block shots, you dont really know what you're talking about.

I think Bradley lasted longer than Gheorge Murressan in the NBA. The WAS was a powerhouse back then with the trio of Muressan, Juwan Howard and Webber until they decided to trade Webber for Mitch Richmond. Honestly, somebody ought to post videos of Bradley's best blocks shots.

Bradley a very good shot blocker, because of his height.

but one thing about his game that people overlook is his baseline jumper. He could hit that shot pretty consistently. and he was one of the best FT shooting centers in the NBA during his career

he wasnt consistent at all, and he was a weak link for the season quite often, but he did have some nice strengths to his game and had some really good games. Bradley wasnt a "George Murasan" type of stiff.

One thing I will give him is that his video game ability always exceeded his on court ability. I remember in like NBA 2k1 the Mavericks were awesome with him at Center, Dirk at SF, and a good backcourt.
