I posted a similar thread at the same time as you! I wasn't sure I heard it correctly, I'm glad Jordan is starting, and that it was Vince giving it to him. I don't think it was genuine though, I think he did it just to try and end the contraversy. He should have offered it the day the staring lineup came out.

Actually, I think it would be better if MJ didn't start. The intro's really sucked in my opinion. Too much damn music. Didn't give them the crowd noise that they deserve.

If MJ came off the bench, he'd get a HUGE ovation, that would prob last a minute or two. Imagine the oveation he'd get when he jumped off the bench and sat near the scorers table. In my opinion a much better way.
