Yep, it's Joe D's Master Plan.

      1. Trade Delfino.
      2. Re-sign Chauncey.
      3. Get Rasheed to call up his boys from the Portland days and take out the knees of D-Wade and LeBron.

They must be going after a big guard or a scorer at the point in this draft.

Delfino has game but its useless in detroit.

I am happy with Carlos in Toronto. We need some perimiter shooting from our guard spots and he seems to fit the mold of international players on this team...

Bargani, Calderon, Garbo, Nesto, Parker (played oversieze)

Besides we don't need another 2nd round (PJ Tucker type) pick. Can any piston fans give any in-depth insight on what else to expect from him (either positive stuff or negative).

Good player needs to be more aggresive but will get more time in Toronto

Hmm, this is my impression from what i've read about the guy. It'll be interesting to see how he fits "team international"

Delfino is good enough to be a starter in the NBA, but he was playing behind a few really good players.

Wait, what the hell? A pair of second round picks for Delfino? That's an unbelievable trade for the Raps. The most he'll make is a little under three mill. Hmm, last year it was Mo Evans for the Lakers' second rounder, this year it's Delfino for a pair of second rounders.

On another note, so what exactly is the rule on trades, when it comes to matching salaries? Teams can trade picks straight up for players?

And where the hell is Vince? I haven't seen him post in quite some time.

I wanted Dallas to use their TE to trade for him. I think he could be a good backup in the right situation, Detroit just wasnt that.

Just a little more international flavor on the Raptors. This could be yet another genius move Bryan Colangelo.

The Raptors had 2 million in cap space until July 1st, and would be over the cap with Bosh and Ford's extensions kicking in July 1st. So a brilliant move by Colangelo to parlay that $2 million in cap space into an asset, instead of letting it go to waste in 2 weeks. The Raptors were one of the only teams that could give the Pistons what they wanted which was the $2 million in cap space, by not sending anything back.
