Man, what a game! I'm really glad the Knicks won. I thought they'd fold, but they kept their composure down the stretch. It was especially nice seeing it in high definition. This was the NBA's first HD game. The next one will be on March 4th, Mavs vs. Nets. can't wait for that game either. The picture quality was outstanding on the Knicks-Lakers game.

Since I live in the NYC metro area, the NBA TV HD telecast was blacked out. I had to watch MSG Network, which is horrible.
Anyways, Houston had a huge night but he's still one of the most overpaid players in the league. I used to love Houston when the Knicks actually made the playoffs every year but now he plays soft.
The past couple of games, however, he's been driving to the hoop, dribbling better, and posting up!
He's shocking me and giving Knick fans the false hope of making the playoffs. Maybe if the Knicks do make the playoffs, they can do what they did in '99 and go to the Finals as an 8th seed.

Oh. I live on Long Island, but the game wasn't blacked out for me. I was watching it through Dish network, though.Comment

i wanted kobe to guard him, but he was banged up, but houston was on fire, so maybe even kobe couldn't have stopped him. he would have gotten at least 40 anywayz

Kobe was on him for most of the second half. Houston was even posting him up. Houston was just in that "zone"Comment

What a game for Houston! Knicks are really playing good lately, if we keep it up, we'll get in, and probably even better than eighth seed, maybe like 6 or 7thOriginally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

I wonder if the Knicks will go after Stanley Roberts.

Won't that be a risk? The guy hasn't played for two years now.- Lavar Arrington on his new Redskins teammate Sean Taylor." I look at him and it's getting to the point where it's just scaring me. He looks younger but he doesn't carry himself in a younger manner. He's impressive, and I'm glad we drafted him. "
