Great trade coverage.

    Excellent trade coverage at:

I dowloaded the pdf files. I don't live in Seattle, so I guess the seattle fans would have this anyway. Anyone who just loves basketball will enjoy reading this though

    Re: Great trade coverage.

On a side note, the below quote is VERY dissapointing. If I was a Sonics fan, I'd be severely pissed off to read this:

Quote :"The people around the NBA, when they speak about Ray Allen, they talk about his sense of leadership in the locker room,'' Schultz said. "That's something I think has been lacking on this team.''

Okay, your franchise player has left the building...but have some freaking respect for the guy you ####.

That is the most backhanded shot at Payton I have seen. Payton is the guy who put Seattle basketball on the world map, and the Shultz is the guy who has benefitted most. Let your franchise player leave with dignity.

No wonder players feel no loyalty to owners nowadays. If I were a Sonics fan, I'd boycott games on that remark.

Yeah I thought that was a very disrespectful and blatant shot at GP. That wasn't right. After what he did for the Sonics franchise all these years, he should of show a little more respect even thought he personally doesn't like the guy.

I have lived in seattle my entire life, and im one of the biggest GP fans there is..... but i think by going to the NBA championship, before we had GP, put Seattle Basketball on the world map...

I love GP. If you follow seattle basketball at all u would kno Schultz and GP have had a history, so im not in SHOCK about this. He should of never said that, but GP knows the truth, Seattle loves him for what he did and who he is.

payton just took a few shots back at Howard.

"He just talks, that's all he does,'' Payton said. "He just took over that team a year ago and now he knows everything about basketball.

"I really don't think he knows anything about basketball.''

love these combacks and they are legit in a way. Its not like Schultz personally made these trades but he didn't have to take those orginal shots at Payton's leadership. Funny stuff.
