    Good article on NBA refereeing

The truth about the NBA's referees is that you have no clue about what they do. Honestly.

good read, give them a chance. Except in the playoffs when they intentionally rig the big games.

Good article. I, however, am extremely dissapointed in the compliment that was offered to Mike Breen, the worst commentator in the history of the game. He doesn't criticize the refs, which is good, but he's the biggest wuss known to man. I saw a blown call in a playoff game and a player was furious and got hit with a T for yelling at the ref. Breen said something like he needs to keep his cool and he's totally out of line. Even the other commentators said something to Breen like, "how can you keep your cool after a call like that?" Breen shudders to think that players have emotions and are competitive. They aren't short ******* who've never touched a basketball in their life. It's one thing to understand the ref's perspective, but you also gotta understand the player's. I really wish Mike Breen would just shut the [censored] up...haven't seen him this year so I hope he's gone for good.
