Jr Smith...WTF is wrong with you homie?

Denver Nuggets guard J.R. Smith ran afoul of the law by pouring champagne on a woman at a nightclub, then briefly apologizing before spitting on her, shoving her and tearing her dress, court records show.

Kid is on his way out of the league with his attitude.

He's already been dismissed from the team for being a distraction, what next?

He needs to get his head together before he finds himself standing next to JR Rider.

If he had gone to UNC like he started to, he would have learned some discipline.

Fall of another American Black Athlete. It's becoming cliche and boring. What a waste, I remember watching this guy in the McDonalds Game and thinking, this guy might do some things in the L. Guess not.

But I bet he has some nice shiny rims on his 10 cars. Isn't that was matters the most.

I thought they just released him because Skiles hated his attitude and didn't want "cancer" in the locker room. As for lossing Chandler, I am still pissed.

I'll tell u what's wrong with him: he has too much money. I'm not a ***** or something (I relly like him as a player) but some people who's used to be poor get crazy when having a lot of money - they don't know what to do with it so they start acting stupid. He just needs to relax and grow up!
                    My Specs:

                    ZX Spectrum

Isn't that the case with the majority of athletes doing these sorts of things? When you have too much money, you can do whatever you want with it. Too bad what they want the most is something they shouldn't want at all.

While watching the McDonald's game and the dunk contest he was in, I was thinking he would be a pretty good addition to UNC. I thought that they were going to have a killer squad. Then I heard he went to the NBA. Dumbest move he could have done for his future. Looking at how he plays, he doesn't think properly on the court. Doesn't make sense. They had a little thing on NBA TV earlier this week talking about how he did above average in school. He was a good student. Doesn't make sense that it doesn't translate to what he does on the court. Even hearing his father speak there, he seemed like he was a pretty solid man. Why don't the father's speak up and tell their kids they're jeopardizing their future? That's what doesn't make sense.

Honestly, this is the minority complex where there are just enough people in the minority that will make it seem like the majority. Majority of athletes in the NBA aren't like this. Just like the majority of the NFL players know how to control themselves. For the J.R. Smiths in the world, there are about 50 Tim Duncans, Robert Horrys, and Shaqs that can control themselves and keep their composure off the court. This is one of the main reasons why high school athletes were banned from jumping straight to the league. Wish they made it for college athletes to have 2 years of college mandatory though, but that's a whole different conversation.......

His dad was the reason he didn't go to UNC. He was a good ball player himself but he thought he was screwed because he deserved to start but rode the pine. I forget what college it was, but once JR lit it up in the AA game, him and his father saw the $$.

Well, that just kills my whole argument of having a mentor by your side. Horrible stuff.
