I hate the ppl that jump team to team once they get bad or rebuild. I been a bulls fan since 89/90. So 17 to 18 years as a fan. Everybody was a Bulls fan in the MJ days. But after 98 No one hardly was. Most jumped on the LA bandwagon. So who is your team and how long you been a fan?

I'm a true Denver Nugget fan I didn't just start liking them after they got A.I. or even Melo like some. Been a fan since about 95-96 Antonio McDyess is my favorite player I've been a fan thru thick and thin very thin.I kno so much about the NBA I should work 4 ESPN!!!!

Meh... lived in Oklahoma all my life. So when the Hornets came to town, I became a New Orleans fan.

I don't have an specific team in the NBA. For the most part, I tend to be a fan of players than team. Starks, Webber, Malone, Stockton, Ewing, Olajuwon, Barkley, Pippen (but not Jordan), Kemp, Payton and every great players in the 80s and 90s. When those guys play against each other, I will just have to cheer for whoever it is I like more. I used to cheer for the Hornets when they had Mourning and Larry Johnson. I think they were a very exciting team. I cheer for NY also, but I just enjoy cheering for MIA with Alonzo and Tim leading that team in one of the most memorable rivalry in the mid 90s.
But I used to cheer for NY during thier rivalry with CHI. I still have tears everytime I see that famous dunk Starks did to Horace Grant (I think). Very promising player, just fell short on achieving his potential.
Today, I just cheer for Tim Duncan and Jason Kidd. The kind of players that can really play both sides of the court.

Ha ha , I was a huge Thunder Dan fan too, back when he played for my Suns.
The cool thing is the suns were good in the early 90's......than sucked till the last 4 years, it's so much better when you wait through all the crap years and finally get a winner.
Plus they are the best team on NBA 2k8, that makes it cool too!Comment

Pistons. It's funny, I used to hate the original Bad Boys, even though rooted for them because I dislikd LA even more. I became an official Piston fan when I moved to Detroit during Grant Hill's rookie year. I am not as much of a nut as say, my dad, but that's the pro ball team I root for.PS: You guys are great.

I'm a Raptors fan through and through. I've been following that team since its inception and I, like many other fans have seen the highs and the incredible lows associated with the franchise.
Now I've been a Utah Jazz fan when Stockton and Malone were on the team but since they're both gone my rooting for them has waned. The only thing that keeps me in touch with what they do is Jerry Sloane. Once he's gone it'll just be the Raptors for me!Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
