Being on the league's best team, Doc Rivers stated during his post-game press conference, "Of all of the guys on our squad (being the Celtics), Ray Allen had to sacrifice the most to change his offensive game." (Not the exact quote) If he had a chance to play on a team where he was the one taking all of the shots, he would light it up consistently.

LeBron was a beast, but I do think Ray Ray got robbed. After all, it is most VALUABLE player, and he was the most VALUABLE towards the end of the game. Anyone can get boards and assists in an all-star game, which leads me to believe Ray Ray deserved it the most.

Edit: on another note, I think it would have been more proper to give Ray Allen the MVP out of respect because he initially wasn't even part of the all-star team. (Not to mention LeBron already got his MVP)
    OK, I agree.

LOL what about the airball three Lebron shot after running the shot clock down instead of moving the ball, that sure was MVP like. It's obvious you're young so I'll just let you think Lebron is the GOAT. IMO Lebron is this generations 'Nique Wilkens, a great offensive player who gets a highlight real block here and there, but doesn't give the effort on both ends of the court to make him a truly great player. But he is still young so maybe one day he will get it. But he whines about his team, pouts on the court way too much and just seems like he's all about himself and noone else.

Yes, he's all about himself....hence the 9 assists. And he didn't play defense....hence the 9 rebounds

Ahh, I take it you are old and your brain does not operate to it's potential capacity anymore. To call Lebron selfish is a huge stretch.

Remember - being selfish in an all star game where showing off, boasting, and looking good matter vs a season game where you have your TEAM to play with for the rest of the year, is a lot different. I agree Bron was selfish on a couple of occasions during this game, but what he did for the team negates that.

9 assists in an allstar game and assists are a personal stat if I remember correctly.

Tell me how EVERY player they bring to Cleveland regresses then? Oh it must be because Lebron is SOOOOO good that the other players get caught up watching him and get caught up being in awe of lebron, right?

Well, you can't get the credit for an assist without helping out someone else and without them finishing.

Are you basically saying that LeBron doesn't make his team better? How can you rag on a guy who got last years Cleveland team to the Finals? That team around him was not good at all and he managed to get them to the Finals.
