That game was really frustrating. I can't believe how many FT's the Nuggets had.

On a lighter note, I didn't know Pierce could still jump like that.

I didn't wanna say it because I figured I would get some homer crap from someone on this board, but I agree completely. If you have any common knowledge of the game, you would know that something was wrong with the refs.

Not to mention Benny Adams is one of the worst officials of the last decade.

Those refs were terrible all-around. I think that even though the Nuggets got to the line a pretty ridiculous amount, many of the controversial calls were going the Celtics way. Pierce was flopping like Ginobili and got 3 charges called, only 1 of which was legit (arguably). He was jumping up in the air trying to draw charges and **** -- it was pretty funny actually...

The pair of goaltending calls on KG and Melo were ABSURD -- the KG one was at least understandable, but Melo's was just terrible... the ball was a foot wide and already below rim level when Melo grabbed it and they called a 3-point goaltending play that cut the lead to 2 points (I think) with a little over a minute left.

Oh, and K-Mart's "flagrant" early in the game... yeah, that would've been a no-call just 10 years ago. Should've just been a personal if anything... Flagrant 1 for pushing someone? Whatever.. haha, damn refs were trippin' last night.

Rondo was getting called for some ticky-tack stuff too -- like when AI acted like he got hit i nthe face but actually didn't get touched. Heh, I hate stuff like that, but at least it mostly went our way this time...
