I would probably kill someone or something if that were to happen.Last edited by TheMatrix31; 02-20-2008, 06:48 AM. -
Re: Artest to Spurs?
I don't know I think if Artest goes into a situation where hes surrounded by a team full of players with great chemistry and no one does stupid crap where he can get in trouble with them he'd be fine.
I think he'd stay in line in SA as long as they're winning, now if they fall apart and become awful then I'd expect he'd start up his problematic behavior again but I think he'd be fine as long as they had a shot at rings year in and year out (which they should be serious contenders for quite a while). Plus I think with all the veterans on that team they'd be able to keep him somewhat in line.Favorite Teams:

Re: Artest to Spurs?
Last year, it was rumored that the Rockets would trade Kirk Snyder, Bob Sura, Vasilis Spanoulis, and a first round pick to get Artest.
Deal didn't happen. It is highly unlikely that this one will either.Comment

Re: Artest to Spurs?
That situation was a little different though as Rodman mostly did his thing for shock value and most of his tenure with Detroit was quite fruitful. He was actually a solid role player who just wanted a change of scenery. His antics got more overblown with the Bulls then prior to joining the team.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
