    Gerald Green to the Rockets..

for Kirk Snyder. Hopefully now he'll get a good amount of minutes since Bonzi is gone.

The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Thursday that the team has acquired 6-6 guard Kirk Snyder, a 2010 second-round draft pick and cash considerati...

He didn't get any minutes here, just at the end of the game and sometimes in between. From what I observed in my season ticket seats, Gerald had a bad attitude and could care less about defense. Instead of looking to take advantage of the time he was given, he just played crappy defense, tried to throw down dunks, and generally took bad forced shots.

I liked the guy kinda, but he had no will to try to acquire more playing time or get better, or try on the defensive end.

As for this Kirk Snyder guy, I don't know much about him but I can't see him getting much time either since he is just taking Greens place. We would be cutting Telfair and Foyes minutes.

Kirk Snyder is basically a big, athletic guard. From what I saw of him in Houston, he's a strong player, he gets to the rim and finishes well, and he has a decent jumpshot. He got injured last year, and I didn't see too much of him after that. I think he could be a very good NBA player in the future. He showed flashes of those things that I mentioned.

He just seems a little too timid when he's out there. As I said, he's a really athletic player. When he was aggressive on the floor, he was good. But like I said, he seemed to play very timidly.

Gerald Green sounds like a little kid with that type of mindset. I'm very interested in seeing how he fits into the Rockets team. When is the earliest he'll debut?

                Basically thats what he is.

Guys like him is the exact reason that the one year in college rule is such a good idea.

Hopefully the guys will finally grow up and start playing some basketball now that he is back in his home state of Texas.

This is funny, because when he first came into the league they said he was gonna be the next T-Mac. Now he gets a chance to play with the dude. I'd like to see how this goes over.
