Great win! I loved the heart we showed in the fourth, especially being down five then going on the run.
Shaq looked great today. He was making his layups and getting rebounds like crazy. I don't like him throwing elbows though. Typical Shaq BS. That attempt of Duncan to pull him off was half hilarious and half-bitchmove. I would have been pissed if I was Duncan.
We need to start hitting our outside shots. 3pt shooting (especially from Barbosa) was AWFUL today. Just unacceptable. Bell too. Those shots have to start sinking.
Amare had an off game but turned it on down the stretch. As usual he got some BS fouls against him, causing him to play hesitantly. They need to feed him every f'n time!
The referees were, as usual, awful. On both ends too. Some foul calls were just like, wtf? Just terrible. I don't care how much of a broken record I sound like, this stuff needs to be fixed.
I loved hearing the crowd boo that rat bastard Horry.
Raja's minutes need to be limited. He's obviously struggling out there from lingering injuries and a general basketball slump. Get DJ in there!
I don't wanna hear anyone bitch about our ability to play defense when necessary. If you think this team is hopeless on D, just look to the last five minutes of this game. I'm sick of hearing that San Antonio is the only team that can play fast AND grind it out. Simply not true.
This team looks lost at times and other times it looks great. This needs to iron out and we need to gain consistency. Hopefully we can use this as a springboard to a great stretch run. This game was huge for confidence. The crowd was energetic and that is essential for the team to feed off of.
