-Kobe is playing with a sprained right ankle and no tendon in his pinkie.
-Pau's healing is going slower than originally thought, and he might not even play on Sunday against the Wizards.
-Ariza is now not expected back until at least the playoffs.
-Bynum's best case scenario is coming back like three games before the playoffs.
And now another huge blow:

Lakers guard Derek Fisher has sustained a partial tear of a tendon in his right foot, an injury that typically requires six to eight weeks of rest, but he will try to play through it.
Fisher was injured while trying to push off the foot in the first quarter of Wednesday's game against Charlotte.
"If this happened during the middle of the season or something like that, he would probably rest for six to eight weeks in order to heal," Lakers spokesman John Black said. "It's a pain and inflammation thing. If he can play, he'll be on anti-inflammatory and pain medication and try to play through it."
He is expected to play tonight against Memphis.
Fisher, 33, is averaging 12 points and 2.9 assists while playing all 72 games this season.
