Re: Its Friday!! 4/11 Games Thread
Especially when it's the best team in the West. CP3 is playing like an MVP, good thing he didn't play like that in the first quarter. Lakers looking so lackadaisical on both ends for some reason.Comment

Man look what Paul had to work with for a comeback, but man Kobe and Gasol did what they had to do the play-offs will be great this year.Comment

Re: Its Friday!! 4/11 Games Thread
I hope people now realize that CP3 has an extremely thin bench and David West is not the 2nd coming.
In all honesty Lakers fans can thank Pau Gasol for saving LA this season becuase without acquiring him LA was playing .500 ball, but this one looks to go down to the wire.Comment

Re: Its Friday!! 4/11 Games Thread
I thought this was kind of funny.
If you want to go that route, Pau Gasol is closer to a superstar than Ilgauskas. Lamar Odom is closer to amazing than anybody on the Cavaliers' team not named LeBron.
I hate to bring up the classic Kobe vs LBJ debate in here, but if you think the Lakers wouldn't still have 60 wins if Kobe and LBJ traded places, you're foolish. Anyone who doesn't see the great things Lebron is doing with NOBODY on his team is drinking the haterade. If Lebron had ANY kind of supporting cast, he would of been a world champion last year. And if LBJ had the team that Kobe has now, he's average 28/7/12.
EDIT: changed Odom statement, was too early when I typed it so wasn't thinking straight.Last edited by DakkoN; 04-12-2008, 09:18 AM.Comment
