Are we in for a pretty boring offseason?

I might just be spoiled from the last couple off seasons as far as trades and FA signings...new team looks....but it seems to be not alot going on...

everyone seems to be staying put, maybe its too early, or like i said, im just spoiled..

Free agent talks just started last night and no one can sign until the 9th.

    What are you expecting?

well i definitely wasnt expecting BD to go to the Clips....

so *insert foot in mouth* there....

but Patrick Obryant and most of the other FA's likely to move, and the teams w\ the money to take them just arent appealing IMO LOL

that may do it for you though DRE, who knows....like i said...maybe i am spoiled

It's not enough for me but not only are teams cap strapped, but its still early.

There is a period where teams cut the trading off, and it really hasn't begun yet.

We know the west teams will look to get better because of moves made in the draft and because of the trades LA and PHX made last year.

Every team can't make a big splash but there might be alot of little to mid level guys moving around

as a Spur fan, you should be excited about us going after (and front-runners to get) Corey Maggette.

The Bucks aren't finished making moves.

Expect Mo and Charlie V to be traded.

I can just see how crazy this subforum will be during that offseason. Especially if Lebron goes to the Nets.

Too Bad Artest didn't opt out of his contract, I want the lakers to get him even if Kobe and Artest don't like each other

Who says the spurs are the frontrunners for Maggette? Remember he signed a deal with the Jazz when he was a restricted free agent and the clippers matched it.

Who says the jazz still want him, the jazz are already full in the Small Foreward and shooting guard position unless their going to waived brewer, or Harpring just to get Maggette.

Well, the Jazz are obviously looking into getting him considering they questioned, along with the spurs, celts, and 1 or 2 teams I cannot think of right now, about his availability this offseason.

Miles will likely go to Detroit. Almond probably won't get much PT due to inexperience and lack of defense, not that Maggs defense is much better. Harping will (hopefully) be a benchwarmer this year due to injury. He doesn't have much left in his knees. That leaves plenty of space for Maggs.
