I like Inside Drive 2003 but something about seems to be missing and end up going back to NBA 2k3, but I was dissappointed with Segas college game. I wouldn't mind the competition in this genre

No.

They should keep it simple and fresh with only one title for basketball. The other from microsoft being Fever for NFL.

They should get a solid foundation of fans and a solid game first before expanding even more.

I like what there doing so far though.

Keep it simple and easy for the time being. I just want the Old school March Madness games to come back with better graphics. (I never liked MM 2002 or 2003 ) It's never been the same. I can always play MM 98' again and play out the glory days of UNM basketball.

No.

I liked and disliked it, to me it lossed too much from the NBA2k3 engine, and it was stuff that IMO are not NBA specific

If you are one that likes both gameplay AND realism, you won't like Sega's college basketball product. That game has poor graphics (nothing like their NBA2K3 game), at least the stadiums have a college feel to them. The players look very gross, from far and away (as if you were watching it on television), all the players pretty much look the same. There are no fastbreaks in the game. 3PT shooting is horrid. Free throw shooting mechanism is screwed. Shooting free throws should depend largely on the ratings of the player, not on you having some god-given ability to line up two arrows that won't stay put more than a second. The scoring is pretty realistic, but with the players not having their real names, it really detracts from the feel of hte game. The management/scheduling side of the game is great. This product was obviously rushed, and if they can incorporate the fun-filled gameplay that their NBA2K3 game has (without making it a clone of NBA2K3), than it will be the type of game that makes you forget about your job, school, wife, etc. Just kidding about the last part

ID was great gameplay wise, and I think if MS made a College Ball Game like this, it would give MM and NCAA some serious competition..
