    fastbreak nba 2k3

A couple of weeks ago someone posted on how to make fast breaks happen more in this game. Before every game I turn up tempo and fastbreak just under max. I also turn down crash boards a couple of notches. I do this for both teams. However I still only avearge 1-2 fast breaks for a 9 min quarter game. Is there anything else I am forgetting? I also changed the OFF Awareness for every teams starters and sixth man to accumulate more realistic players scoring. Basically putting the top 3 scores on a team with 85-95 and everyone else lower. I have really began to enjoy this game with the help of the sliders posts, I still want to get more fast breaks though. Thanks for anyone's help

Actually I just returned inside drive. I liked it for a while but the atmosphere is not as good in my opinion. I tried to adjust the sliders on that one too. All the camera's were just to far away for my taste. Plus the subbing was done very poorly in my opinion as well.

You're joking right? I think ID has the best substitution AI of all the games...

It was my post you were referring to I think.

Settings do change 2K3, but there's still fast break probs. I am not sure also that it keeps stats very well. I checked recently where I blocked a shot, one pass down court to my guard who layed it up...checked my stats a minute later...and it said "0" fast break points

ID is way, way, way superior. Returning it to concentrate on 2K3 is a rookie error IMO.

uh, ID was fun but way to easy. At least with the sliders on 2k3 it makes the game harder. In ID you have to choose do you want to make all your shots with the cpu as well. Adjusting 2 pointers is really lame because if you lower it to much the cpu misses the easiest shots. I had the setting for down two notches like the sliders said and the cpu missed everything and so did I. I set it back to down only 1 and then made 70 percent of our shots. Maybe ID 2004 will have more balance. As far as 2k3 in my season with the warriors using arena sliders both teams are averaging between 45-55 percent for the game, much more realistic IMO. Plus my last game I had 10 fast breaks and the cpu had 6, its almost perfect!

Look Holiday if you 13 year olds are going to respond my post, at least provide some type of explanation to your reasoning. Not everyone knows my entire purpose in life is to make you like 2k3. Please keep it a secret so I can keep making this stuff up. Thanks
