NBA 2K3 on xbox live

Hello guys

I'm new on operationsports.com, living in France (please no prejudices on french people :/ ). NBA 2K3 arrives in France next april 2nd on my xbox. It'll be playable on the xbox live. I just wanted to have your opinions on live playing. Is it as awesome as I can imagine it ?...

segasports has a f*** marketing strategy for Europe... it was first announced in november.

online, you're playing one on one or you can play with 2 or 3 guys in the same game ?

yes...
as a french citizen, I don't vote veto against U.S basketball

and I prove it : I come in NY in April... (I've got tickets for NY-Indiana last game of the regular season)

in France, we say "mieux vaut tard que jamais" better late than never... :=)

Yeah Nba 2k3 isn't release in Australia until the 28th of this month . I think it's the first of the 2k series to be released down under since the original nba 2k for dreamcast. We've had ID2003 and Live for a fair few months now but for some reason sega delayed the release of all the 2k3 series untill march/ april 2003. Hopefully the pal version of nba 2k3 will have updated rosters and commentary like the pal version of id2003 did. Our version had Yao Ming in the game (along with a few others that were left out of the ntsc release) and extra commentary like when Yao blocks a shot the commentator would say -" Don't try to climb the great wall of china, Yao Ming 7'5" etc.

playing NBA2K3 online blows.

all it is, is a bunch of kiddies who only like playing 5 minute quarters, with the "Quarterback view", and run down the court and shoot threes or run around and around like an idiot, using the cross-over dribble move.

one time when i set up a 9 minute quarter game, the person quit on me when i set the camer as Press (it might have been ISO), like you see on television. also, i was setting the sliders to a realistic level (i've got my own tested system of slider settings)....as soon as i pressed Resume to get back to the game, s/he immediately quit the game. loser.
