Besides the Nets, I don't believe there will be any moves in at least the next 10 years.
If I had to name a couple teams:
Memphis: do they get sellouts? Doesn't seem like they get much support, could be wrong. Ownership/management seems to be shoddy.
Hornets: Long looong shot. But last year I know they were having a tough time with fans coming out. This year SHOULD be different. I really don't see them going any damn where especially with CP3 still being a kid.
All in all I don't envision any teams relocating at all for a looong while. -

I could definitely see Memphis being a team that could relocate in a few years. Memphis is a good sports town, but the fans like most in the south east are more interested in college athletics than they are pro sports.
I also agree with New Orleans being a little bit of a reach but living 30 minutes outside of Charlotte I've seen George Shinn at his best and he would have no problems packing up and moving on to more a lucrative city.
Another team i would throw out there is Milwaukee. It's a small market and now more than ever i see the NBA wanting to appeal to the foreign markets/players. Sure the NBA has wanted to globalize the game since the late 90's, but with our guys (role players or not) going over sea's to collect checks the league will want to get the Ricky Rubio's of the world to feel good about coming over. We all know how Yi's party felt about playing in Milwaukee. So just for it being in a small market i would put them on my list. But wouldn't expect it to happen.Comment

It would take a HUUUUUUGE amount of money for the Grizzlies to relocate because they just built a new arena and it has all kinds of clauses with the city of memphis in it. The new owner would be responsible for all of that old debt and then have to move on to a new city and purchase a new arena as well.
Not saying it can't happen, but Memphis is safe for at least 8-10 years in my opinion. After that...Ericmaynor3.com
