Alot of teams will improve, but will their improvement be better than a team they're trying to leapfrog? In the East, every current playoff has got better, except maybe the Magic and Pistons. The Stones aren't going anywhere, Stuckey is likely to have a breakout year, and for ORL, Supaman getting better makes the Magic much better also.

I don't see anyone falling out of the Eastern picture, honestly.

I have to say Portland will replace Denver. It would have been tough for Denver to hold back the Blazers w/Oden & Fernandez. Now that the Nougats have had a fire sale, it'll be nearly impossible.

The East is going to be hard to guage. The bottom 4 of last yrs playoffs are up-&-coming & made improvements. I think Atlanta may have taken a step back. So that'll open up a chance for the Bobcats. They need health & they finally have a credible coach. Miami has to get better to though. But can they make up 25-30 games in the standings? Washington could drop out if Jamison is out for a long period of time.

Larry Brown. Sean May & Adam Morrisson might actually get into 50 games instead of missing the entire year. DJ Augustin. Some added depth to backup Okafor.

Considering Felton was being shopped all offseason...I would say that at some point this year, yes.

I think they want Felton @ the 2 mostly this year. Eventually, he will. Personally, I think Ray should stay @ the one. But they didn't draft Augustin in the 1st round in order to groom him for a backup role.

Besides, Wade has to show he can play a full season w/o getting hurt.

He did look very good in the Olympic tourney, but we already knew how good he was.

Probably so. But if he can play 10-15, it'll help give the Bobcats a bench. Something they have yet to build in their existence.

It's too bad to...I was really crossing my fingers on Morrison...Who knows maybe it's possible he can turn into a good bench player. I wanted the critics to prove me wrong...I loved him in Gonzaga.

We'll see what he can do w/the right coaching & right role. He's only had one full season, to be fair to him. He's not going to be Bird. But I think he's got the potential to be a spot up guy who spreads the defense. He must commit to becoming better defensively, or Brown won't play him.
