he just had a career high 35 points 15/22 from the field 7 assists 4 steals 2 blocks leading the heat over minnesota 111-84. well what can i say if yao or amare will win it's because of the hype. caron has been more consistent then the other two. yao and amare only had supporting roles but caron has been the leader of the team ever since eddie jones was out. my vote goes to Caron for rookie of the year.

Yeah if you look at the post I made in "28 Other Teams" I was talking about how he should be conisidered for votes but won't get very many, if any, due to his team's record. That sucks. -

my favorite rookie has been Caron. too bad he wont get the Award, probably because his team has a horrible record, while Yao and Amare's are fighitng for the 8th seed.Comment

Umm...Caron is not the leader of Miami...rookies are hardly ever leaders on their team, so that isn't going to be considered. Caron is #3, he won't even be considered. IMO, it should go to Yao and Amare.Comment
