while im playing it just freezes out of nowhere. has this happend to anybody? it happens in every game i play. is it possible i have a messed up copy?

Could be a defective copy. Is your xbox getting too hot? Make sure it has enough space around it to keep cool. -

every other game runs fine. its just inside drive that messes up. it might be because i got this game free from microsoft, and they just gave us the defective versions. but the other 2 games i got from microsoft run fine. i tried everything, i even deleted my season thinking there was something wrong with my saved game. but it still freezes no matter what..Comment

Yeah, sounds like it's your copy. I don't ever have this problem. If the disc is not really dirty, or scratched in a certain area, you might have to get another one.Comment

hey...it happened to me a while back..freezed like 10 games in a row around the 1st qtr-halftime..lucky if i got to 3rd qtr..i just really wiped the disk and then all of a sudden out of nowhere it started working..

Yeah, that happens to me all the time too. And when it freezes I get that buzzing sound. But I think my problem is more technical because something is wrong with my Xbox and I have to get it fixed. My Xbox sometimes won't read any of my disks.Comment

I just deleted everything I had about NBA ID on the hrad drive and started playing over and now it works fine...Comment
