Yeah he had his chances with the Nuggets. Please tell me how far Van Exel took the freakin Nuggets. One more thing, he's only been traded once, from Denver to Minnesota. Signed with Sacramento as a free agent. Be willing to bet Denver or Minnesota would love to have him back now.

MIP: g arenas would be considered if they didnt start theyre run soo late, but i still would not count him out. Chauncey also gets serious consideration.

Once again you miss the point. Jackson was in Denver as a rookie, just a rookie. What was he supposed to do, take them to the finals. When he was in Minnesota he was playing behind Terrell Brandon. Who, at the time if you recall, was an all star calliber point gaurd. See my point was, you make statements like, "That's why he has been traded so many times." When it's only been once. When he decided to sign with Sacramento, Minnesota still wanted him, but didn't have the money , because I believe they were dealing with the whole Joe Smith thing, and we all know how that turned out.

See, you make comments that aren't based on fact, but they are based on some altered form of reality that you have created in your head. Please go to basketballreference.com and see how they both faired in their first years in Denver. The number are actually kind of close, except for scoring and assists. But you have to take into account that Jackson was a rookie and the pure crap he had to play with. Oh I'm sorry, I forgot to to mention the most telling stat, victories. In Jackson's year there they won 11, in Van Exel's first year there, they won 14.
