        I can't dunk with a regulation ball, but a mini one I can. At the last game I was at, 1st quarter, I swatted one kid at the freethrow line, we come back down the floor, he gets the ball down low, tries a turn around, I swat it into the wall, he's like "Holy [censored] that kid can jump.. I feel so white." I'm 6'2, 170, and white, by the way. I was on an Air Alert vertical jump program to rehab my knee (torn patellar tendon), but quit after a few weeks and my knee felt strong again. I'm sure if I did the full 15 weeks I would get the extra 8-10 inches of vertical it will give you (I've seen it work for people), and be doing reverses and crap, but I really can't find the motivation. Why am I so lazy?

            I can dunk on a good jump but I'm 6'5 220... I'm thinking of doing one of the jump programs because it's embarassing. One time I was playing some 2v2 with my brother and a 5'6 guy dunked... Luckily it wasn't on me, or I may have had to leave.

                Air Alert is good. The workouts get pretty difficult (they start out really easy) so what I would recommend is doing it with a workout partner so you stay motivated and stuff. They work, though.

                        I started Air Alert, did it for like 4 weeks...Week 4 was very brutal compared to the other 3. I might start it up soon again...
