If you did that, teams on the coast would take wrice as many cross country trips. Players association wouldn't go for that.

Too bad the Grizzlies or Hornets didn't move to STL that way it would be so much easier. Just put the STL team in the West as it would make a lot of sense seeing as it's a midwestern city and is smackdab in the middle of the US. (more or less)

If they go west, I think they'll do just fine. They have good players and can make the playoffs.

Now imagine if Minnesota went to the East...they'd kick ***.

You forget, Charlotte comes in as an expansion. Thus one team more must go West to even otu the leagues.
