Re: Who do you think has the best nickname in the NBA???
It has got to be...
Vince Carter - "3/4 Man 1/4 Amazing"
Allen Iverson - "The Absence (from practice)"
Shaq - Kazaam, Steel
Ok lets be real....
Vince Carter - "1/2 Man 1/2 Amazing"...Air Canada? Why in the world would anyone want the word "Canada" to be associated w/ them? j/k
AI - "The Answer"
Steve Francis - "Franchise"
Avery Johnson - "Little General" - great name that will stick when he begins his coaching career
TD - "Big Fundamental"

People around the college nation in the late 90's called KT, Baby Shaq, because KT was 6-8 and about 270-280 lbs. He was huge and had some skills.Comment

Re: Who do you think has the best nickname in the NBA???
One thing that really pisses me off is "The Big Fundamental". That is NOT Tim Duncan`s nickname. Shaq gave him that name in (i think) Duncan`s first All-Star game (the year after the Spurs won the title).
Shaq was poking fun at Tim Duncan. Something his ******* does often when he`s jealous. "The Big Fundamental" is in no way flattering. It is a compliment but it was originated to make fun of Duncan`s style.
If I was Duncan, I`d beat the [] outta anyone whoever called me that.
