    Normally I agree, DC, but I've seen a lot of Skip, and a lot of the top ball handlers in the league, and even amongst the great streetballers in the L(White Choco, Crawford, Francis, etc), his resume speaks for itself. I only single out streetball(read: outside of NBA NOT And1 clowning) because guys are let loose in that environment, and don't worry about coaches or defensive schemes.

      I have seen a lot of Franchise and I don't think you are giving him enough credit. Seriously. I was there when he put up 62 up the Kenner League at GTOWN. I was there when he made his "Iverson" style debut at the Kenner League in the summer of 1998 before he went to MD. Had the WHOLE city going crazy.

      Franchise was VICIOUS man.

      Moochie Norris is another one that had pat (handles) back in the day that probably wouldn't have got mentioned if there was a similar post in 2002.
      Concrete evidence/videos please

        But also we have to determine what HANDLES means?

        Not turning the ball over when being heavily defended?
        Yankin folks?
        Tricks?

        It is a broad question

          Skip = Unanimous #1

          Then Burn, CP3, Nash.

          Sleeper pick: Tony Parker.

            For me it's your overall ability to manipulate the basketball. Size and athleticism determine the pure yank-ability of one's crossover, but when the ball has a mind of its own, that lasts forever. That's what I consider handles. Literally, handling the basketball.

                I can't believe that it took a whole page before Rafer Alston's name was dropped.

                1. Rafer
                2. Iverson
                ----------------------------------------
                3. Everyone else

                Those two guys are in a league of thier own when it comes to handles. They could make your head swivel back and forth so hard that you look like the chick off of exorcist.
