Two different players. One is a linebacker who muscles his way to the hoop with a hint of elegance. The other is an elegant skill player who has a more rounded offensive repertoire that can beat you.

Lebron can seemingly get inside all day, but if you can force him to stay outside, which is hard, he doesn't have a jumper that's going to beat you. Kobe, who is nearing the downslope, can beat you in every way possible but won't dominate physically anymore. He relies on his teammates, on his brain, and his jumper more than his eroding quickness and speed which were once his catapult to greatness. Nowadays, Kobe's brain, his tireless work effort and ability to prepare for each game and each opponent makes him great.

Lebron though, he's still a young student, trying to find his way. He'll dominate on a lesser team, having a larger role, but that doesn't mean he's the better player. Not yet.

He didn't need to write that entire story at all LOL. It's clear as day that James can get easier shots. The dude's 6'9 and can move and handle like a SG.

I think he said after he wrote the first aricle he was getitng hate mail from people who claimed his writings were suggesting Lebron is a better player then Kobe.

So in essence all he did was just re-write a previous poorly written article.

I don't understand the point of that article. Anyone who watches the NBA knows that LeBron gets to the rim more often than Kobe.

I say you cannot compare them. Lebron is stronger and faster and can get to the rim, but with a medium jump shot. Kobe is quick has the best mid range jumper IMO I have ever seen in my life...With a medium inside game. Lebron gets more assists (I believe) and more rebounds...But Kobe sets the tempo.

Today I would take L-Bron because he is younger...But Kobe is the best right now.

They really have they're pros and cons...Most just pros lol.

I guess this will all be determined when they retire...Either way...They will be in the hall of fame.
