IMO for the west it's Chauncey Billups,the simple reason that every time people talk about THE best PG in the NBA...they always say Deron and Chris Paul and I think it's silly his name is hardly ever included

The only thing is, they're both touted as being underrated so often that they're almost reaching properly rated status. Kind of how so many people said that Tayshaun Prince is underrated that now he's probably properly rated. Most underrated may be someone that no one even really mentions as an underrated guy even though he contributes to his team a ton.

Come on guys you can't be a multi time All Star and be underrated. Brandon Roy is far from underrated. IF you look at his career he has been in the league three years and has a rookie of the year award and a two time all star in three years in the guard heavy West and is considered a Franchise player. That is far from underrated. Billups and Parker are far from underrated as well. They are both multi time all stars and finals MVP's. IMO you can't be a multi time all star and be underrated.

Kevin Martin is the most underrated guard in the entire league. He is one of the most efficent scores in the game and gets zero love. He gets you 24 points a game, shoots 42 percent from three, and gets to the line 10 times a game and shots 87 percent from the line. Plus this is the second year in a row he has done this. The man is a flat out scoring machine and could go off for 30 plus any time he takes the court.
