Created Players not gaining Ovr in Franchise?(2k3)

I created LeBron and Melo at 81 each and simmed 3 years ahead and looked. They were both sitll 81 while other rookies were climbing in overall. After 6 years Im going to be pissed if they still have that 81 rating.

I am not sure, but I think Lebron James is at 91 right now in my franchise, he is not on my team though so I haven't really been following his stats and ratings carefully.

I don't think a created players' rating can improve.

Actually I've had created players gain some overall rating but those that i play with dont usually gain very much. But some on other teams do a little more.

girichek and ginobali both sp wrong i know but anyway they both go up and they are created so i would say it jus takes like 4 or 5 years for the improvement too take place I have Chris Bosh, Raymond Felton, Darko, Lebron, and Carmel on my franchise but i dont play with any of them./ IM in like year 5 i have 2 rings with Warriors./ Francis has gotten the MVP trophy like tha last 3 years, Arenas is like 94 overall and Richardson is 90./ Arenas has been on tha 3rd ALl NBA team last 2 years./ Finals MVP in both tha Championship years./ Pro with Sliders up for the computers shooting % all over tha floor./
