Does anybody else have a naturally DIRTY ID2003?

I bought the game brand new, but ever since I bought it back in February, the game decides when it wants to play. Sometimes it works for like...a week. Other times I can't get it to work when I wanna play. That's why my Raptors Franchise isnt updated on a regular basis ....

Any suggestions?

I get occasional errors, like the game cd is dirty or whatever, but all I do is just turn the power off and then turn it on again, and it's fine after that.
