Well Artest and Battier had awful games offensively. I'm going to say they will not play like that too many times..

Brooks, Artest, Battier, Wafer are suited to get the job done from the perimeter.

Coach needs to make sure Artest never does that again. By 'that' I mean taking ill-advised shots, overdribbling and turning the ball over.. oh and committing ******** fouls. He cost them the game, if he hadn't played I say HOU would have won. Saying that doesn't exactly back my claim that HOU is legit, but I'm not sure Ron's played like that all season.

Again, small sample size. To get to the WCF, Houston is going to have to beat NO, LA, SA or Utah on their home floor, and win 3 in Houston. Just don't see them holding together enough to do that. Even worse, the other teams beside LA are a NIGHTMARE matchup at PG, and they won't survive that.

Damn the Warriors announcers SUCK and they say some very stupid things. These idiots just said if they re did the 05 draft Monta would be the second or third pick OVERALL in the draft. I guess they forgot that CP3, Deron Williams, and Danny Granger where in that draft.

Edit-- They just Vince and Jarvis Hayes look alike and earlier they said Keyon Dooling looks like Ray Allen shooting the ball. Damn these guys suck.

To get to the WCF you're right, I still have L.A. and S.A. if I had to put money on it.

Houston isn't going to play like this every night. This was more of a off game as Ron has been shooting great from the field and Yao has been efficient as well.

Also people are severly underrating our PGs. They've went toe to toe with top PGs and won and we still hold the series lead over Utah so we'll see.

Hmm. I dunno man.. come playoff time you're really that confident in Kyle Lowry? I just don't know.

Brooks barely played in the playoffs last year as it is.. and I remember him not doing so hot.

BTW, how the F did Lowry get more PT than Brooks tonight?

lol probably not as bad as the Blazers announcers. They act like the Blazers are the 86 Celtics all of a sudden because they are in a playoff race for the first time in a while

I don't see why not. Lowry has been playing great lately and he's already challenging for the starter spot.

Also Brooks was a rookie and was sitting behind Jackson and Rafer.

Lets Remember...Sam Cassell won his first title as a rookie...so Lowry in particular hasn't shown me he's going to fold under pressure. From what i've seen he's waiting for the big moment, man so is Wafer. Really impressed with Wafer.

I don't think Houston's problem is the role players, I think its if Yao can step up and put the team on his shoulders. He failed the test tonight, but there have been games where he has so we'll see. He's only going to prove himself in the playoffs, I wish people would let him prove himself instead of just saying it's impossible for him to do it.

Yao can easily be neutralized by the defense by them fronting him, simple as that

Houston cannot maintain leads very long to save their lives

Come playoff time when the pressure is up, who's going to tell Ron to stop forcing shots?

The fronting has been a problem i'll give you that, but it's been improving.

As for leads, I guess. We didn't have a good lead tonight but holding leads would be nice, but i've seen many teams come back in the playoffs...it's going to happen in the playoffs. Those old Hakeem teams gave up numerous leads every game. It's going to really be on Yao and the Coach to find a way to get him the ball in the clutch. People are saying he wasn't clutch tonight when he took one shot, we just have to find a way to get him the ball.

Also Ron hasn't been this way for a long time. This is one game where he's tried to put himself above the team. Ever since Tmac's absence he's been chill, so we'll see.

Dirk has been playing as well as anyone out West to start March.

With Josh Howard out all March, PHX still has a shot to catch DAL.
