NBA 2K3 FG% Stat Tracking BUG!!

Guys I think i've discovered a major bug..

What I want you to do, is when you play a game against the computer, is play normally, but count your fg stats yourself.

I haven't done this yet, but in a game I played last night, Allen Iverson missed his first four shots, before getting his first bucket. I went to look at the stats for some reason, and saw that Allen Iverson's shooting stats were 1-4... I know this isn't a big deal (only one shot missing) but I'm sure this would add up over the game, let alone season..

Give it a go, and see what happens. Maybe it's just my version of the game (copy of the american version)..

This maybe the reason why we can't get realistic fg percentages!

When I first started playing the game, I think it happened also, but I can't exactly remember

Ok, I started playing a game right now, and so far I have taken 3 shots with webber, and made 2 of them.

I checked the stats and it said he was 2 for 3. So I dunno, maybe it's just you.

Keep trying. Take shots different shots with different people..

There are a lot of little bugs like that.

I had one game where I had 14 rebounds with Coleman of the Sixers. I check stats throughout the game...and I subbed him out with 21 pts / 14 boards thinking "nice double double".

At games end I checked again and he had 6 boards. Strange

There's also one where if you sim the game and then look at the shots taken chart...it will be like all green and say 65 shots taken, 65 succesful.

Either that's a bug...or one team got into a serious zone

I'm like what the hell? That never happens in games or in real life.

Anybody experience this?

Yeah, NBA 2k3 is FULL of those kinds of bugs. That's why I thought the game was rushed when it first came out.
