why has no bball game implemented a slam dunk contest? that would difinitely be fun to play.

Shootout 2000(not sure on the date maybe one of the mods can correct me). did ninja...

It basically consisted of button combinations. The longer the combination the higher difficulty of dunk
you would perform. For instance, a Windmill probably would have this combination:

triangle,square,circle,circle,square,triangle.

A 360 tomahawk would prolly have twice that amount. It was ok but got tired after a while.

Actually NBA In the Zone by Konami had tha dunk contest for PSOne.

I totally forgot about NBA In The Zone. That was a good game. I don't remember the one with the dunk contest.

I think it was '99. That was the best thing about the game. Shootout had a create-a-dunk option.
