    Personally, the only thing I would change is I would add in suspensions for egregious flops like BD against Utah or Horry's jump backwards, and more obvious flops would be worthy of a fine.

    I'd also fine refs for making terrible foul calls, especially at the end of the game.

    Other than that, there's just not much you can do. I personally would eliminate the "slide over, stand still, and fall over" charge calls to encourage actual defense, but the A clearly doesn't agree.
    I COMPLETELY agree man, especially w\ the bolded. I actually think reffing has improved this year over last, but having the benefit of IR, we can nitpick all day. You could touch it up here and there...but realistically theres just not a overhaul that will benefit everybody. This is more than a big bad Stern thing IMO.
