Wow, thought he was in the clear earlier this week.

But after our discussion on the incident, LeBron needs someone to TEACH him the importance of sportsmanship rather than simply punish him for it. If the man never learns how sportsmanship works, then all this punishment means nothing.

I totally agree with the fine. common sportsmanship principles apply. Lebron said,"It's just like if someone beat you up, you wouldn't congratulate him". That's BS that is NOT the same. Stern finally did something good.

This is the only thing that bothers me about the NBA...Soft...Overly sensitive NBA owner. In hockey you get to beat the crap out of somebody, but in the NBA you get to be suspended and fined. Seems a little...Off. Well saying that..***les are rules.

I think the the fine is for skipping the media, not the on-floor snub.

Either way, it an appropriate slap on the wrist. No way Bron should have left his guys to answer all the tough, if not insipid questions, which would amount to:

"Hey your Kingship (snicker), after all that dancin', and snappin pictures and ****, how does crushing defeat taste? And does this mean you're gonna come play for the Knicks? Aren't you tired of your support sucking?"
