I also can't believe that the writer of this piece put a positive spin on seeing nothing but fast breaks and fancy passes.

Sometimes however, when people are new to a game or not sim oriented, they can turn almost any game into a game of NBA Jam.

For example, even with 2k3, you would see guys online who were playing the game is if they were on speed. If you wanted to speed the game up, you could be constant pressing and a poor opposing defense.

Wwe don't know what the game is like yet guys. It may be a good sim, an dI doubt Sega would just demolish the whole sim concept just to put all behind the back passes in the entire game. I'm sure they used some of our suggestions, and, Only certain players may be able to do that kind of stuff, like Magic in the showtime days.

If the sliders are still there, it's cool.

From the way Heel was referring to the college game, we don't know what they have, and those guys probably saw what the actual original product will look like.

It doesn't sound promising, but I say, we probably don't have a clue as to what the game is based on, and what real features they implemented.

Yeah it's kinda weird, from the intial impression it seems that live has become more like nba 2k3 and nba 2k4 will be more live live 2003. It sounds like "bizarro world".

Hey Triple J I'm with you, the only thing I can say is, the competition will be stiff, and that is good for us. These programmers, and developers are risking alot now by putting out some garbage, and think they'll get buy. Gamers are getting wiser, and more demanding for their money.

These new consoles should be milked for all they can. The power of the xbox still hasn't been fully used. That is a plus, because we know it will only get better, and better.

Yep DRE I hear ya, how great is this we have 3 games that could be amazing ID 2004, LIve, and 2k4. To tell you the truth thoe I'm trully looking forward to ID the most just cause I was dissapointed with 2k3 last year and ID 2003 just amazed me sure it had flaws but it is the closest thing to the NBA that I have palyed thus far. I just hope 2k4 will amaze me like the fisrt NBA 2k did back on the dreamcast.

Also KDRE after reading alot of your posts over the past few weeks I'm giving you 5 stars you make great points and I like to read your posts epsecially the ones about NBA videogames!
