I am sick of the officiating debate. It really isn't that big of a problem. No different than the MLB strike zone or the NFL pass interference problem.

It is just apart of sports.

The conspiracy theory stuff is laughable.

I don't want to read an article on whether NBA refs are competent posted on NBA.com

Eh, it's pretty widely accepted that NBA officials are the worst of any pro sport. The NFL and MLB are also constantly making improvements and changes, what does the NBA do improve it's officiating?

The conspiracy stuff I don't buy in terms of attempting to fix games but I don't have any doubt that some games may "incidentally" have several calls go in one team's way.

I'm gonna make an admission right here in front of OS

I dont care about officiating because my team isnt good enough for it to matter.

If they bet on and fix every other game not involving my particular team, i'm perfectly okay with that as well.

I think it's a good article, even if it is probably biased towards the league since it appears on their website. I like the idea of having the same officiating crew for an entire series. It would definitely make things more consistent from game to game.
