    Re: Laker Huddle

If the Clippers need to cooperate for any of these trades for salary cap reasons or restriction status, then forget it. Sterling will ship those players to any other team but the Lakers. PJ Brown is the ideal choice imo for frontcourt help. An explosive point guard to start or spell Fish would also help, but I'm not sure where that's going to come from. I like PJ, for his presence, he doesn't back down, he'll foul you hard if you try to come in too much, he can hit the 18 foot jumper, and he's athletic enough to dive for loose balls and play the pick and roll. The last resort should be Pippen/Malone combo for the exception money, but that doesn't help the Lakers build to the future.

Mitch has his work cut out for him.

I think P.J Brown is what the lakers want. He is not an offensive player but rather a defensive. Something Kobe can work with. He doesn't welcome offensive players that much because it will cut 10 points from his average and he doesn't want that. But he still can't hold Webber, Malone, Garnett and Duncan. He will need a backup so he could rest. Playing with this players will cut your minutes big time.

Foxy, I have one question for you. Say that the Lakers somehow sign Alonzo Mourning and Mourning becomes healthy enough to play...Will you continue to hate on the Lakers.
